Day 25 - Mosiah 17-20

Food for Thought
Never underestimate the effects of sharing the gospel with just one person.  Abinadi might have thought that he was not sucessful, but Andre Horton made a careful study and concluded that as a direct result of his ministry which was carried on by Alma the Elder and his descendants, 23,707 people united with the Church and were convereted.

Daily Questions:
How can I "renew" my covenants each week during the sacrament if I can't remember what they are?  What are the covenants I made at baptism? Will I take time to reach Mosiah 18:8-10 and highlight them in my scriptures?

Daily Focus Scriptures to mark and ponder:
Mosiah 16:2-4  "...there was one among them whose name was Alma...and he believed the words which Abinadi had spoken...therefore he pled with the king that he would not be angry with Abinadi, but suffer that he might depart in peace.  But the king was more wrote and caused that Alma should be cast out...but he fled from before them and hid himself...and did write all the words which Abinadi had spoken."
